-- This is damn long. Brace yourselves. By nature, when there is controversy, I tend to get interested. I happened to watch a blog and YouTube, and there was someone who had been doing breast fat grafting for quite a long time. But there were hardly any reviews or comments. Still, this is someone who has continued from regular fat grafting to stem-cell fat grafting for over 20 years. But he is a family medicine specialist. In other words, not a plastic surgeon. But he attends academic meetings for lifting lasers and other things. He is an unusual person. But in his blog posts, he talked about the engraftment rate for the parts he operated on as being the same as top-tier breast fat grafting clinics at other hospitals? But when I looked at the reviews, they were not reviews showing some huge improvement, but very honest photos. They were photos showing a slight increase. He seemed like someone who does not do exaggerated advertising or comment advertising, and at least someone who likes research? So I stopped by the clinic to get a consultation for my AAA breasts. I don’t know if anyone remembers Cool Unnie, but after my honest review, the clinic where I got baby hairs planted along my hairline became a huge hit. And I heard the philtrum reduction clinic was also packed with people. However, because I often change my ID and frequently change my phone number because of my work, some people may know and some may not know that my posts do not accumulate. Sigh. Anyway, that was long. Guys, today I “ended up” receiving a huge number of procedures from Director Cho Youngshin at the controversial SH Clinic (formerly Young Clinic): breast stem-cell fat grafting + full-face fat grafting + liposuction and lifting for my sagging jaw/chin that looked like an ostrich, lower-eyelid conjunctival-incision dark-circle treatment and fat grafting and thread lifting, and laser for wrinkles around the eyes. It is damn long. Brace yourself and read. First, my schedule is insanely busy, I have no time, and after I carefully checked everything I needed to check, I thought I should trust the doctor 100% and undergo the procedures. I saw the reviews. They made me anxious.. The price was also expensive compared with the clinic’s atmosphere. At that price, it would make sense for there to be several managers and nurses running around like crazy. But there was one manager and one nurse? And why did they keep changing the clinic name and blog name? Things like that felt a bit unsettling. Still, anyway, I went. So I visited that controversial clinic, and now I am writing this while wearing a facial compression band and compression garments all over my body, sitting in a zero-gravity chair. It is a bit long, so if you are seriously thinking of going to this clinic, read it. I will write based on facts. At first, I had only looked into stem-cell fat grafting for the breasts. My breast size is AAAA. You can basically think of it as just skin. Like someone who had breast cancer surgery and had tissue removed, or just like a high-school boy, there was absolutely nothing. It is genetic. That was the case, and 20 years ago I had surgery with cohesive gel implants, but they stuck up like rice bowls, and no matter how much anyone tried to exaggerate, the feel and movement were completely different from breast fat. No matter how soft they say they are or whatever they do, in the end they are not mine. They just obviously show. I hated that, so I boldly removed them three years ago to return to natural. But after three years passed since removal, I naturally wanted them to have even a little movement. I found out about the clinic through the blog and YouTube. He emphasized the natural beauty I pursue and safety regarding side effects, and said it does not disappear easily, so I decided that if the consultation went well, I would do it during the red-day holiday. Even if people say all the fat eventually disappears and you end up with implants, I wanted to try fat first and then go to implants... Money is money, but my natural beauty and anyway... I need to try it to see whether that works or not, right? This doctor says it works!!! I felt I had to check once. I felt I had to go through this step. Only then could I accept implants. As if by fate, one of my acquaintances knew that clinic. They said he does a decent job. But that friend also said things like, doesn’t all breast fat grafting disappear, etc.? She did something else. So I was like, fuck, what should I do, and hurriedly joined a community, wrote three random posts to raise my level, and looked at related reviews, but the reviews were fucking awful. Almost like he was a scammer.... That’s how they made it look...? But for me, even if someone is a scammer or controversial, if they are good at their job, I will get surgery. That depends on each person’s style. I had already sent a large deposit, and I felt really shitty. After reading the controversy, I was extremely anxious and even thought I should not do it. So I could not sleep at all at dawn, waited until morning, then called the manager and directly asked about the blog, this and that, the recovery room, the clinic system, the anesthesia method, family medicine, and what that controversial post was about. You have to hear both sides, originally. I heard about 30 minutes of explanation on the phone first, then went to the clinic and, in front of the doctor, asked every question I had for about 30 minutes. It may have been a bit arrogant, but I directly challenged everything I was curious about and listened to his explanations. I will not write the content of those explanations here because they are other people’s stories. = After hearing the explanation, it made sense to me, so I immediately decided to undergo surgery. And I went into the operating room.
1. The price is expensive. 2. In my breast case, I definitely need a second round. Because there is only skin. I had already braced myself for that. 3. After liposuction, there really is no bruising. There is no pain or bruising at the suction sites, and I don’t even know if it hurts. 4. They do not use sleep anesthesia, so fuck, it hurts like hell....... But they said I was unusually sensitive. One of the worst cases ever. For me, it really hurt like hell. I am the ultimate boss among sensitive people. When doing liposuction, doctors hold a long metal instrument and swing it like a bow, right? The doctor’s movements are gentle. To the point that you can hardly feel the movement. Maybe that is why I did not bruise. They said they would do follow-up care if sagging happens or if any unevenness appears. For facial bruising, only the one area where fat was removed through the conjunctiva turned black and bruised, and there were a few purple bruises about 3-4 mm in diameter at the fat-grafting injection marks. But compared with when I got PRP elsewhere, you can basically say there is almost no bruising on the face. 5. I had facial contouring, and my chin/jaw area bulged like an ostrich with vertical lines and loose sagging.. It looked like an old lady, so it was really stressful. But he dissolved it, suctioned it, and lifted it. After it was done, I could see it immediately with my eyes. But for this, I have to wear the compression band for a month. He also removed and pulled up the jowly pouch-like area right next to the chin. 6. For the face, he grafted it in a subtle way, so rather than feeling plump, it feels a bit uneven. Because it is still swollen. It felt like he was filling in what was lacking in the face itself, as if sculpting. Since I am older, he rounded out and filled the fine crinkly lines around my mouth. 7. Honestly, compared with when I got procedures elsewhere, there was almost no bruising, but I was in pain and felt upset, so I cried a little. Then I got a black bruise under the right conjunctiva. What can I do... 8. Maybe because I am the CEO of an entertainment company, the clinic doctor and everyone there were very kind. If my surgery turns out well, I can bring people in. It feels like I will bring them depending on the progress. For now, I am thinking of recommending it to people whose breasts turned into rice bowls. 9. My breasts are firm right now. Rather than a fat-like feel, they feel like muscles are tensed right now. The shape is natural.
It is day one, and I am very satisfied. If you are curious, ask in the comments. As I said, I am damn busy, so I may not answer everything. Try saying you came after reading Cool Unnie’s post. They may treat you even better. Though it should be equal for everyone.
Anyway, the reason I chose a clinic with issues is because I developed that much certainty. I did not know this clinic at all. I read all the blog posts and watched all the YouTube videos before going. Other clinics post reviews with photos of breasts that are damn full, but this person just posted natural-looking results as they were. And it felt like there was no exaggerated advertising and no comment advertising, so I trusted it more. Because I work in advertising, I know what many reviews or comments mean. Anyway. It has only been one day since my breast fat grafting, so I still do not know the results or some parts yet, so I will wait and write a few more posts. I will also go soon to have scars treated. For how expensive it is, the clinic is not that large-scale. That seems to be the doctor’s preference. Since he does work that does not necessarily require holding a scalpel, it felt like he had set things up simply. The operating room looked like it needed organization, or maybe they were in the middle of organizing it; it looked a bit narrow. The doctor answers every question. Of course, during the first booking, the manager did give a slight feeling of encouraging surgery, but that is her job for the company. lol And anyway, whether to proceed with surgery is something I decide. The nurse is kind. She is cute. Because they operate on only one person, I liked the feeling that they were focused on me. For that many procedures, he concentrated very intensely every moment and took his time. I went to the clinic at 11:30, and when I got home it was 9:30 at night. The doctor did it very sincerely. A surgery that was originally said to take four hours seems to have taken seven hours. He put sincerity into every moment. Amazingly. This is not a post that received any advertisement, support, or anything like that. I am writing this because I felt one incident was too one-sided. If there is simply a friend who, like me, got surgery and was satisfied, just let me know. (Director Cho Y.S.)
