The doctor’s consultation was detailed and kind. But when I came out and had the consultation with the counseling manager, what they said about how the surgery would be done changed, so it seemed inconsistent. The surgery is performed by the doctor though; or maybe the explanation was relayed incorrectly.. What upset me more was that even though I’m not young, they spoke to me in informal speech
