It’s fairly well-known online and the YouTube content seemed trustworthy, so I went for a consultation. When I explained the direction I wanted, they confidently explained that certain parts would be difficult and that improving it this way would be best. They diagnosed my current eye condition well and pointed out the problems. They seem to have a clear aesthetic they pursue and seem to prefer a natural style. The consultation wasn’t particularly long, and they were calm.
