This was the clinic where I received Ulthera Universe for the first time, and uh, there was slight cheek hollowing. I already had a peanut-shaped face, but it felt like they didn’t take the cheek hollowing into account, so that was disappointing. I think it’s a treatment that works only if you specifically explain what you want. If I get it again next time, if I say specifically that I want less cheek hollowing and that my concern is a peanut-shaped face, maybe they’ll supplement that and design it accordingly.
