For people who had surgery with autologous costal cartilage more than 5 years ago, is it holding up well? No one around me has had revision surgery yet at all. Which clinics are people going to a lot these days? I got a recommendation for ㅎㅇㅇㄷ in an open chat, but I want to hear more reviews from people who had it done there.. I heard there are places that handle autologous costal cartilage well and places that don’t, separately. How do you find that out?

왕의귀가 If you look around, there really are clinics that do a lot of autologous costal cartilage for revision rhinoplasty, like ㄷㄷㅇ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㅍㄹㅇㅂ.. I think the answer is to do as many consultations as possible

I heard Director Gong Jeong-sik is good at assessing midface proportions and the philtrum-nose angle that’s commonly done these days, so I’m pretty much settling on ㄹㅅㅍ.
금칠 If you’re worried about drooping, autologous costal cartilage is definitely the right choice I did autologous costal cartilage at ㅍㄴㅅ because of this too.
