I have a question for everyone who has had removal surgery. I take an isotretinoin-type medication every spring and summer. It’s a sebum suppressant, and since I have oily skin, if I don’t take it, inflammatory acne breaks out all at once, so I always take it every spring and summer. Timing-wise, this winter seems a bit difficult, and I’m planning to have removal done around next summer. Removal surgery and this medication probably aren’t related, right? I suddenly got curious and wondered if anyone here has had removal surgery while taking this medication.
