After having silicone removal surgery this time, the scar tissue near the incision line next to the columella is protruding upward because of tension, and the scar tissue that was originally inside the nostril was cauterized during this surgery, but of course it came back up again.. I’m not sure whether I should resolve this with triamcinolone injections or just have removal surgery The director says we should just go straight to removal surgery, but I’m so worried that during surgery the columella might go inward, the nostril shape might change, or the scar tissue might come back bigger after surgery. Those things worry me so much. But I’m also worried that injections might not work even if I keep getting them... Could I hear reviews from anyone who has had removal surgery or gotten injections??

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 2 Revision surgery for a drooping nasal tip
It’s a revision surgery, and it’s been 4 years since my operation, but my nasal tip has drooped, so I’m thinking about redoing just the tip. Previously, ear cartilage was used, but this time I’m planning to use autologous costal cartilage.
