Consultation review for Gangnam ㅇㅍ and ㅅㅍ

First, I have a low nose and rounded nasal alae. My ideal is a nose that is natural after surgery, not flashy. (I brought a photo of Jo Yi-hyun’s nose) 1. ㅇㅍ (CT scan & nose photo shoot O) - 5 million won (October-November event price) I met the consultant first, checked the nose shape I wanted, and I think I waited about an hour for the director. The consultant explained the cost, no deposit, no consultation fee. They mainly talked while looking at my photos, found a similar nose shape operated on at this clinic, and explained things like the before-and-after surgical approach. They recommended a natural look like IU’s nose. Silicone for the nasal bridge, costal cartilage for the nasal tip (they told me to think about whether to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage). They drew directly on the photos they took and showed me the expected nose shape. They said it couldn’t be raised too high and that there were limits. They talked about a nose height that fits my facial proportions naturally. (It matched my preference for a natural look.) They gave parking voucher information. 2. ㅅㅍ (CT scan O) - 5.3 million won The consultation consultant gave a little guidance, and about 20 minutes later I had a consultation with the director. Afterward, they explained the cost. No deposit, no consultation fee. They talked in detail, but I don’t have professional knowledge, so I couldn’t understand. They explained starting from the nasal tip. Before talking about their surgical method, they had me look in the mirror and first talked about how my nose looks to others and how my nose looks to me, then talked about the surgical method. Here, they also said I have a bit of a bulbous nose. They said the nasal tip absolutely has to be costal cartilage, because it needs to support the nose when the nasal bridge is raised. And they said they put two pieces of costal cartilage in an “L” shape at the nasal tip (to prevent upward force and downward force... contracted nose, arrow-shaped nose). This seems to be a surgical method different from other places. They also recommended nasal bridge osteotomy. They said asymmetry doesn’t show now, but it will show if the bridge is raised, so they would fracture the right side to align the midline. They also said if it’s just done as is, there’s a possibility of a chalk-like nose. But here, I couldn’t show them the photo of my ideal look. They also showed other plastic surgery cases, but I wasn’t interested.. They gave parking voucher information. So the part I’m debating is the difference in surgical methods. Honestly, I like ㅇㅍ more. But the surgical method mentioned at ㅅㅍ (osteotomy, using two pieces of autologous costal cartilage) seems a bit more detailed, so I’m wondering which one is right...
