Nose Surgery Reviews

Hit community review

I saw an event on Gangnam Unni with no extra charges and went. (Designated director: Director Park Jung-yeol) I went for a consultation, and the event really was exactly as stated. On CT, my nasal septum was deviated, so I decided on autologous costal cartilage. I heard on YouTube that septal cartilage does not last long. The consultation was kind and thorough. I also wanted forehead reduction, but my forehead is very wide and I don’t have much hair density, so the scar would be more noticeable; I decided to put the forehead on hold and get it later together with a forehead lift. I had surgery 3 days after the consultation. I did a natural-glam straight-with-slight-slope nose at 4 mm. The nurses were kind too, and I fell asleep after seeing the director’s face right before surgery. I woke up briefly while they were harvesting autologous costal cartilage (they anesthetized that area separately, so of course it didn’t hurt), and from hearing the nurses and doctor talking, it wasn’t a proxy doctor lol Don’t worry. When I made an “ugh~” sound, they put me back to sleep. It’s week 3 after surgery and I like it. I didn’t have much swelling, and the rib pain isn’t bad. Only at dawn on the day of surgery, my nose and head hurt like crazy, and after that it was okay. Right after removing the splint, I was taken aback because it looked more artificial than I expected, but after a few days it became natural. Right after surgery, I think it looked artificial because the color contrast was strong from the bruising. There is still a red scar on the columella area, but it can be covered with makeup. If you have nasal tip surgery, it inevitably does look like you had cosmetic surgery, but it’s still much better than my previous bulbous nose haha I’m satisfied because I feel like I got it done affordably.
