I had Nose Beam surgery. The head doctor performed the surgery, and they used MegaDerm for the nasal tip, and did filler for the step-off on the nasal bridge side. It was raised 6 mm, but maybe because they didn’t touch the nasal ala, it’s extremely natural to the point that even my family couldn’t tell. To put it negatively, there’s no effect; to put it positively, it was done without looking obviously like plastic surgery. Right after the surgery, I was worried because my nose kept the pinched shape and my nostrils were uneven, but everything went back. The clinic atmosphere is factory-like. I think people may either like or dislike it!
