Finally, my thick and flat nose I got surgery at ㅃㄹ and came back after smashing it lol Since I was getting surgery anyway, rather than a natural look, I wanted a high and elegantly defined nose, so they used my septal cartilage and even donated costal cartilage to lift the nasal tip, and also worked on the nasal bridge. What do you think.. After nose surgery, the side profile is definitely different, and even from the front, the dimensionality seems different.. Once the swelling goes down more, it’ll look slimmer, right? It’s only day 7, but I’m pretty satisfied haha
