Worried about a revision surgery clinic... I can't trust doctors

It's been about 3 years since my first surgery. There aren't any particular problems like capsular contracture or rupture, but from the very beginning I had symptoms like left-right asymmetry and a slight appearance of bottoming out. It's a place in Apgujeong run by a female director that does a ton of app marketing. It was my first cosmetic surgery, so I didn't do much legwork and just went ahead with the surgery, and I really regret it.... So I think I've gone to about 8 consultations for revision surgery. The places I've narrowed it down to are ******* U&U Kim Ki-gap The Plastic Surgery Ok Jae-jin Jeongwon Seol Cheol-hwan But honestly, my first-surgery clinic was also somewhere with good public opinion and famous on cafes and apps at the time, and now all I can think is that the places I've narrowed down are all lying through marketing too... I just have doubts. If I get revision surgery and the result is bad again, I have to consider the worst-case scenario, like being gaslit, turned away at the door, them playing dumb, and so on, after spending only money and suffering mentally... When I look at cafe reviews, there are so many obviously coordinated reviews, and the IDs are clearly for review marketing..... Director Kim Ki-gap feels kind of off. After moving from the Regen ID and opening U&U, the marketing seemed excessively aggressive? (Especially the part about not doing primary surgeries and only doing revisions seems like marketing too haha) The Plastic Surgery has way too many obvious marketing reviews on Yeowooya. Director Seol Cheol-hwan has relatively fewer reviews, but it's too expensive.... I'm only getting more suspicious... Please give me advice, or recommend only if you actually had revision surgery with a director you truly think is trustworthy. If a broker leaves a comment, three generations of your family will suffer from genetic diseases.
