Since I was doing it anyway, I wanted to make it prettier again, so I went for a nose revision consultation (I consulted about donated costal cartilage) At first, I wanted a really dramatic change, but they told me clearly what couldn’t be done () It was actually okay because it was realistic (much better than saying that shape is possible and then not doing it.) First of all, there was no consultation fee, and there was no pushing or recommending, so I think I liked it the most
