I didn't talk much with the consultant, and most of the conversation was with the director. The director answered all of my questions step by step, showed me reviews from people with faces similar to mine, explained things realistically and factually without exaggerating, and seemed confident. Kindness and cost aren't that important to me, so I'm thinking of doing it here!
