When I had consultations elsewhere, they didn’t listen sufficiently to my situation, so I had a lot of concerns, but here they carefully listened to the direction I wanted and gave appropriate explanations, so I felt I could trust them. Rather than making burdensome or excessive recommendations, they calmly guided me according to my condition and what I wanted, so I was able to have the consultation comfortably. I could feel their professionalism, which made me trust them, and I think this is a place where I would like to continue receiving consultations. Among dermatology consultations, I was the most satisfied here.
