Almost about 7 years ago? Back then, my nasal tip was blunt, and I said I didn’t want anything like adding cartilage, I only wanted nasal tip cartilage tying... But seeing that they really only did nasal tip cartilage tying made me think they don’t over-recommend things Right before surgery, I also told them several times to make it natural They said okay and reflected my opinion... I had local anesthesia, and it really hurt so much ㅠㅠㅜ After that, having surgery while awake was also kind of scary... I had it done non-incisionally, but even after surgery, blood kept coming out of one nostril, so they stitched it again. That remains as scar tissue now....... After surgery, it felt overly pinched, but after a few months it spread naturally. No one knows I did it; only I know, to the extent that my nasal tip just lifted slightly. Even now, after a long time, it’s still maintained, but I wish they had recommended nasal tip fat removal too if that was available ㅠ Maybe the problem was that there was too little recommendation......The key point is that no one can tell. If you want something glamorous and obvious, it may not be the right fit
