My nose already had skin that had thinned as much as it could, and under the skin there was a silicone implant in place, so after seeing that, I immediately thought I needed surgery. Since I’m in my 40s, rather than an overly dramatic nose, I wanted a naturally glamorous nose, and since I already had side effects, I proceeded without an implant. 1. They said they would do osteotomy on the nasal bridge and bring it together 2. They said they would shape the nasal bridge line with ear cartilage 3. For the nasal tip columella, they used donated costal cartilage to reinforce what had weakened from being pressed by silicone 4. Autologous skin graft to the nasal tip During the initial swelling, I worried because the nasal tip looked too high, but now, two weeks later, the nasal tip has lifted so beautifully and it has become a natural yet glamorous and pretty nose that doesn’t look obviously operated on. Honestly, at first my changed face felt unfamiliar, but now it feels like my original face and I like it. Maybe they added a drop of magic that makes me look younger, because it feels like I had anti-aging surgery too
