<Before surgery, silicone side effects><Same-day level after removing silicone in the 1st surgery and inserting dermis in the 2nd><Tape removed after 3 days><Day 6> I had my first surgery with silicone 16 years ago, then 6 years ago, the silicone broke through my nasal tip, so I had it removed and lived without it. I think I just thought I had been unlucky. When you look around, everyone gets surgery with silicone, right? So I lived without silicone and thought I’d get revision surgery again if I found the courage, and after living without silicone for about 4 years, I wanted my nose to look pretty again. So I completely forgot about the silicone side effects and had revision rhinoplasty with silicone inserted into my nose again. In my own way, I sold things secondhand, really researched a lot, and went to consultations at over 20 places, and the surgery came out pretty with the line and height I wanted. The first photo is my nose, and anyone would have said it was pretty. But I guess my body just wasn’t compatible with silicone. Starting about 1 year after surgery, I slowly began feeling heat around my nose, and my nose turned red... Then it would be fine, but when I got tired, my nose would swell and turn red. Each time, I would take antibiotics and calm it down again, but every time that happened, I remembered the nightmare from my first surgery when the silicone broke through, and I felt like I was going to develop a mental illness. I kept thinking, what if the inflammation continues like this and the silicone breaks through again? My nose kept getting red, and I had heat in my nose and headaches... It was so terrible. But when I put on makeup and went out, aesthetically it still looked okay.. Then I ended up inquiring at Bombit Hospital, and sadly, I was simply someone who didn’t tolerate silicone. Of course, I know there are many people who have silicone inserted and do well for decades...... But I thought there must also be someone like me, so I’m gathering the courage to write this. Why didn’t I know about autologous dermis? It was so comfortable that I thought, such an easy and good surgery?! The swelling went down really quickly, and more than anything, with autologous dermis, honestly even before the surgery.. I wondered, will the line come out properly...? They say it doesn’t come out like silicone.. What if it looks really weird? That was my biggest concern. But what is this The line came out so beautifully, and of course some of the height will be absorbed from here.... but I’m so satisfied. I no longer have to look in the mirror while worrying because of silicone... Just a nose shape that naturally suits my face.. and the line too.. More than anything, I think getting this kind of shape with autologous dermis is 100% influenced by the director’s skill. The director spent over an hour just on the consultation............ Silicone side effects... and the symptoms I’m experiencing now.. The pros and cons of autologous dermis, the surgical method, and so on I trusted them so much... and with the mindset of, please just make it pretty!!!!!!!! I removed the silicone and had revision surgery again. The photos I uploaded are photos without any makeup at all. As you can see, all the redness in my nose is gone, and my headaches disappeared...(It felt like the silicone was pressing on my face...) If anyone is experiencing silicone side effects.... please, really get autologous dermis...!!!!!!!!!!!! Please Please do it. For reference, the last photo is from the 8th day after surgery. It has only been 8 days, but there’s no swelling in my face like that. Because it is autologous dermis, they said they initially put in a lot of dermis because they expected a lot of absorption. So the nasal bridge does look a bit high, but honestly, I like the current height too^^ Once only the swelling goes down
