I’m someone who lives with nasal congestion because of rhinitis..... Especially my left side gets blocked more often, and when I can’t breathe at night I get irritable and can’t sleep deeply, so it was seriously so stressful I made sure to go to the ENT once every two months, but that was such a hassle too, and it was to the point where the ENT actually recommended surgery. So after thinking it over, since I had already wanted nose surgery anyway, I looked for a place that could do functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. I had surgery at a hospital specializing in ENT rhinoplasty, and the director honestly went over whether functional and cosmetic improvement was possible, the limitations, etc., and examined everything really thoroughly. I wanted to improve my low nasal bridge but wanted it done without an implant, and fortunately that was possible, so I had surgery without an implant hahaha Even though it was done without an implant, my nasal bridge improved naturally, and the nasal tip was corrected stably using my own septal cartilage! And since I had septal deviation correction together with inferior turbinate reduction, seriously... wow, my blocked nose opened right up............... Breathing is really so, so, so comfortable It was surgery I got because of rhinitis, but in the end, both function and appearance improved, so I really think it was the best choice I made this year. Thank you, director hahahahaha
