My cartilage was all small and flimsy, so even though this is my first rhinoplasty, I used autologous costal cartilage. There was no osteotomy, and I had 3 mm silicone inserted. I brought photos of Shin Se-kyung, Karina, and Lee Na-young's noses and showed them... but this straight nose just makes me look older Honestly, what do you think it will look like after the swelling goes down??? It's only day 7, but I'm so worried
