First of all, the doctor did not consult for even 1 minute. And for every person, he does silicone + cartilage repositioning at the tip of the nose. There is also some extra added on top of that. I thought he was telling me the nose surgery method that was right for me, but it felt like I had to follow whatever he said unconditionally. The consultation manager was kind, but the director seemed to ignore the nose shape I wanted and gave me the feeling that if I did not do it his way, he would not do it.
