First of all, the doctor did not even spend one minute on the consultation. And for everyone, they do silicone plus cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip, with additional extras on top of that. I thought they were explaining the nose surgery method that suited me, but it felt like I had to just do exactly what they said. The counselor was kind, but the director seemed not to care at all about the nose shape I wanted. I felt like if I did not want exactly what he wanted, he would not do it.
