Ever since I was young, I had a serious complex about my long chin. It was close to a protruding jaw, so I thought a lot about having surgery, but I didn’t want to become prettier while enduring the pain of shaving bone.. But I’m tall and very thin, so once I entered my late 20s and lost facial fat, I looked at least 5 years older than friends my age. ㅠㅠ I tried to live with the way I looked, but my rapidly hollowing cheeks and flat forehead made my side profile completely straight. ㅠㅠ Then I became interested in the surgery called fat grafting, had a consultation, and decided to have the surgery. You have no idea how long it took me just to go for the consultation. (If anyone is 고민ing like I was, I hope you go even one year earlier and see amazing results.ㅋㅋ) But as soon as the director saw me, he said, “This is the type of face that will be the most satisfying, so you absolutely! won’t regret it.” Since a doctor famous in this field for skill, kindness, a gentle smile, and a sense of humor said that, I felt absolute trust..^^* I had PRP fat grafting over my entire face, including the forehead, temples, under-eyes, cheeks, and nose (hump nose), and next Monday will make 3 weeks since the first injection. I still have 4 injections left, and I’m hoping my cheeks become much fuller after the second injection. Also, most people say the area where fat was “taken out” hurts so much that they couldn’t move well, but for me, unexpectedly, there was only slight discomfort and it didn’t hurt at all. I was especially worried because they said thin people hurt more. But I had no pain at all, so I taught classes from 2 days after surgery.ㅋㅋ I didn’t have any suitable photos taken before surgery, so I uploaded a photo where the contours are too blurry. ㅠㅠ Still, you can probably estimate how thin I was and how little fat I had on my face, right???ㅜ (After registering the post: only two photos upload.. How do I upload the pre-op photo? ㅠㅠ) The photo with the hairband was taken on the day of surgery. You’ll be able to see clear needle marks at both corners of my mouth.. And because I’m not originally the type to swell easily, although they say days 2 and 3 after surgery are the most swollen, I didn’t swell as much as other people. The fat just moves downward. ㅋㅋ As the under-eye area turns blue (there’s no sensation at all, so don’t worry..) Maybe because I had a lot of fat put into my forehead in particular, my forehead is still convex even now. (At first it was incredibly full ㅠㅠ.. too much of a good thing) My nose also had a slight hump, so until last week it looked straight..ㅋㅋ Most people who posted photos here seem to have had pretty face shapes to begin with and got surgery because they wanted to look younger. But if you have a face shape like mine (a physical complex), your overall satisfaction will be very high.. The gaze gathers toward the center of the face, the face overall looks smaller, and the chin that used to protrude forward looks tucked in. (Although I think much more fat still needs to be injected into the cheeksㅋㅋ) And maybe because of the PRP injections, my skin has improved a lot too. It could also be because I’m drinking 2 liters of water a day to increase the fat survival rate.. If there are more amazing changes to my face shape going forward, I’ll upload photos again.. This has been an ordinary woman satisfied with a changing face shape while becoming younger-looking.
