I had surgery 8 years ago with the closed approach. I feel like my nasal tip is drooping, and I’m stressed because an asymmetric line has formed next to my nose. Should I have revision surgery or not.. I’ve gone around for consultations, and of course all the doctors say I should do it, but I am worried it might become worse than now... I’m also concerned that it has to be done with the open approach. Do you all think you would do it if you were at my level?
