Day 4 After Surgery

Even until I lay down on the operating table on the day of surgery, it did not feel real at all, but when they said anesthesia was starting, my legs started shaking like crazy. I had a hump, so it had always bothered me. My front view was okay, but because of the hump, my side profile always made me feel unconfident, so I made up my mind and did it. I had surgery to shave down the protruding hump on the nasal dorsum and use silicone and ear cartilage to slightly shape the nasal tip. At first, they started by harvesting the ear cartilage, and because it was under local anesthesia, I could hear all the sounds of the flesh being cut. Ah~ I really thought if someone told me to do this twice, I absolutely could not. In this community, there are so many people who have had revision surgery or 3~4 revision surgeries... Wow~ you are amazing...-_- This was my first time, and even I was completely put off...ㅠㅠ From day 2, I started swelling, beginning between the eyes, and by day 3 the swelling moved down toward both cheeks next to the nose. Today is day 4, and my lower cheeks are swollen as if I am holding candy in my mouth. During surgery, the doctor pressed my nose firmly from both sides, and although it hurt, I endured it and wondered why they were pressing so hard. They said it was to help stop the bleeding well. Maybe because of that, I have no bruising at all, and the swelling is not as bad as I expected. I hope they remove the splint and tape soon. I have not been able to wash for several days, and it is really no joke.
