It’s been 2 years since my first surgery, and maybe because they raised my nasal tip a lot, the dragon nose I already had stands out so much I’m about to have revision surgery soon, so I’m debating whether to do nostril lowering too If I’m going to do nostril lowering, is it something any clinic can do about equally well? If you do nostril lowering, does it make your nose look bigger or anything like that?
건건쓰 No, I think nostril lowering is very difficult. Look for a clinic that does it well They lower it by placing cartilage above the nostril, so I think it can easily make the nose look bulbous, and it’s not often recommended
