Appointment by 10! From the moment I was going to take the subway with my husband because we were worried about traffic, I was nervous, and inside I was thinking it would be nice if my husband said, “If you’re scared, let’s go back,” but he said it would go well and told me to stay strong... Anyway, we arrived early, got the medication prescription, and the surgery was done 1 hour late. They trimmed my nose hair, prepared me, and I had sedation anesthesia. I woke up in the middle. They said that’s good because then blood doesn’t go into the nose.. I was really scared it would hurt, but it didn’t hurt at all. I lay down for a bit, did a little ice compress, and just took a taxi home. As soon as I got home, I slept completely out of it. It feels a little tight and there’s just a little bleeding. By tomorrow I’ll probably swell a lot. Oh right, 3 mm silicone, and the nasal tip was done with my own nasal cartilage. I’ll upload photos soon. You only live once, so let’s live beautifully.
