If the tip feels like it’s lifting… that’s definitely it, right? I can see contracture symptoms, and it sounds exactly like my own case. It’s only been a year and a half since surgery, I’ve already made a follow-up appointment at the surgery hospital, but is it right to have it done again at the same hospital… I’m not sure if it’s contracture or a temporary symptom, but the tip angle has changed. If there is a doctor who has handled many contracture noses or revision rhinoplasty, could you let me know? I’d be really grateful if everyone here who has had surgery tells me. So far I’ve picked out only a few hospitals. There are maybe one or two lead surgeons at those places, and after reading reviews I decided on a consultation list of 4 in total. The doctors I’m considering are Kim Taeseop, Jeon Yong-hoon, Lee Jae-jun, and Kim Jin-sung. If this is contracture, then autologous costal cartilage should be used, right? Where else should I go?
연잎꽃핌 For contracture it’s mostly costal cartilage, but donor rib cartilage is also used a lot.
핑큐뮬리 Even if it looks like contracture, many cases are not like that, so don’t worry too much—go to both the surgery hospital and the hospitals you researched and then decide.

ckckckck I had mine done at the same hospital, which is also a place famous for male rhinoplasty. Then inflammation occurred, and if you want to remove everything and do a revision, go to a center known for revision surgery.
