A while ago, I had alar reduction and cartilage tying done together, and raised my nasal bridge with silicone. At first I thought it was okay, you know? But as time passes, it keeps feeling somehow too much, and it’s stressing me out;; It feels like it was just made high to the point that it doesn’t suit my image, and like only my nose is sticking out by itself. So this time I want to change it to look a bit more natural without being obvious. I feel like even just reducing the silicone a bit and refining the shape would totally change the vibe..? That’s just what I think though.. Anyway, but I feel like this kind of revision surgery really depends on the surgeon’s hands, so I don’t know where to go. If I just walk into any clinic and it gets even weirder, there’s really no answerㅡㅡ Looking at this community, Hanabi, It’s B, and B&Young are the ones I like most, but I’m still asking just in case. Does anyone know a place good at revision rhinoplasty? Whether you had surgery yourself or people here who have gone to consultations lately, please comment..

유아이앙 Has it been over half a year since you had your nose done? How many mm of silicone did you put in?? There are actually quite a lot of people who went dramatic and then go back to natural.. For revision, places people go to a lot include 정ㅅ, 정ㅇ, etc., so choose well and go.. I think it’s important to look at reviews and check whether the aesthetic sense matches yours.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
