I’m a student, and I’ve already booked an appointment to get my nose done right after the CSAT. My nose itself is big; the side profile and bridge are pretty, but from the front it looks quite wide and spread out. They said they won’t use silicone, and will build the support with implant-free autologous costal cartilage. But after reading various posts in this community, I also wanted to hear from people who are planning to have their nose implants removed, so I’m writing this. I don’t really look in the mirror.
