For revision rhinoplasty, a hospital’s reputation matters too, but first, I think it’s also a good idea to look for reviews from people whose previous noses were a similar type + situation to yours,,, RU was pretty good.

What materials did you use for surgery both times? If it’s your 3rd time, I think using autologous costal cartilage would be better.. Even though mine was my first surgery, I used autologous costal cartilage for both the nasal bridge and nasal tip, and it’s only been half a year so far, but the nasal tip line is the same. When I went for in-person consultations at Jwon, Natural JO, and Jeong S, they were all pretty good. I had surgery at one of these.

I recommend the rhinoplasty specialist director at 1% in Sinsa. During the consultation, they said there was some specific surgical method for autologous costal cartilage, and I really didn’t hurt much.

Autologous costal cartilage can droop too, but I think the rate is still lower compared with other cartilage. Have you used donated costal cartilage too? Honesty, Louvre, Naturalism?... I’m looking into it too, but mine isn’t for drooping, so try going to places that handle it well. For now, I’ll share the places from my list that handle it well!!

Look into ㅁㅇㅌ-Park and ㄹㅂㄹ-Yoon. And for your final nose surgery, definitely use autologous costal cartilage .. no matter how good donated costal cartilage is these days, it can't beat autologous costal cartilage. Speaking from experience
