Hello I had surgery 5 years ago at ㅇㅈ with silicone + nasal tip cartilage (open approach). Starting about 1-2 years ago, inflammation would flare up around the area between my eyes, the bridge of my nose, etc., and it would hurt or swell. Each time, I went to an ENT clinic, got antibiotics prescribed, got better, and then it repeated, so I felt like my nose had changed from before. I went to ㅇㅈ for a checkup, and they said contracture was starting and that I would eventually need to have it removed.. I heard the director who performed my surgery is no longer there.. That made it feel even scarier. Recently, something round and bulging like inflammation appeared on my nasal tip, so I went back to the clinic and had a CT scan, and they said the silicone had moved down all the way to the nasal tip.. (anxious mode..) I'm so scared and stressed that I'm urgently looking into removal surgery and revision surgery. I was recommended Director ㅅㅁㄱ at JWㅈㅇ, so I booked a consultation. Since silicone, donated rib cartilage, and things that are not my own have a higher chance of causing side effects, I'm looking into glued diced cartilage, but there are rumors saying the height also decreases over time I want to know accurate reviews. If anyone here has had revision rhinoplasty, could you please recommend clinics and share reviews..
모두두 I had my revision done at ㄹㅂㄹ
김해김씨ㅣ Oh no... If it's revision surgery, well... it might also be good to look into individual doctors who are good at noses... A lot of people go to Director Yoo at ㄱㅍㅌ too, and there are many revision rhinoplasty reviews, so look into it. I hope it succeeds this time and there are no problems
QWER1207 [@모두두] Where is ㄹㅂㄹ? Can I ask what material you used for the revision? I’d be so grateful if you could also tell me the director’s name or the price I’m in total anxious mode right now
QWER1207 [@김해김씨ㅣ] Thank you for cheering me on If I had time, I’d want to look into a lot of places.. but the silicone is already protruding at my nasal tip right now.. I want to resolve it as soon as possible I’ll look into that place too, thank you!
맨맨 Then how about going to a place that makes good use of different materials? 더ㅎㄷ and 알ㅇ, places with styles like that, seemed decent
나미나리 I did have my revision rhinoplasty at ㅈㅇ, but I didn’t do glued diced cartilage. But when I asked about it during the consultation because I was curious, they said it doesn’t get absorbed or warp. I heard it conforms well to the nasal bone? But the cost was high.. For details, it’s probably better to go to a consultation and ask You’re having such a hard time after your first surgery...
아니애요 Could you possibly share the revision surgery quote?!? For now, I have a consultation soon with Director ㅇㅈㅎ at 하ㅇㅇㄷ... This is also a place everyone looks into for revision surgery
윤아랑항 If contracture has happened.... I’d want to tell you to look for a place that uses dermis well
QWER1207 [@나미나리] You went through a lot with revision surgery!! Did you happen to do it with Director ㅅㅁㄱ? Could you share the material used and how satisfied you are?
QWER1207 [@윤아랑항] I heard dermis gets absorbed no matter what.. In the end, there are lots of reviews saying it changes shape.. I’m looking into glued diced cartilage among implant-free options because its deformation rate is low It is expensive, but.. I never want to have revision surgery again.. Silicone is really absolutely.. absolutely not.. I want to remove it quickly..
매몽 All the way to the nasal tip? You should go quickly before it comes down further. I had made a list like ㅋㅇ, ㅅㅇ, ㄵㄹ, so look into them

They said they put autologous dermis in the nasal tip during revision nose surgery, but there’s no sign of an incision on areas like the buttocks. Is this possible?

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoSep 8 Is it normal for nasal discharge to smell after nose surgery?
It wasn’t like this before, but after nose surgery, I think my nasal discharge started to smell. Could it be because inflammation developed inside? I’ve gotten kind of used to it now, so I haven’t gone to the hospital separately, but would
