While going around for consultations, I confirmed that the bone had been shaved (I originally thought they hadn’t touched the bone at all..) So I was thinking of removing the silicone and just filling the step-off, but when I heard that they had shaved down my already low nasal bridge, I decided I should also reinforce the height.. But my concern is whether using diced ear cartilage would really suit me, and whether it’s good when thinking about the future, so I feel hesitant. If possible, I want to fill it using only ear cartilage. Is something like that possible too? I know nothing about implant-free rhinoplasty, so I’m dizzy.. It’s complicated.. People who know a lot about revision rhinoplasty, please tell me. I have no desire for height, I just want it to look natural. But I definitely prefer a smooth nose…
