It has finally been 3 months since I had implant-free rhinoplasty with Director Kim Da-alm at the plastic surgery clinic! Before, I had a complex about my nose because it was a very large, thick hump nose compared with my face. After visiting several hospitals for consultations, I decided that safety was the most important because CCTV could be viewed in real time and at no cost (immediate family), the director explained the surgery in detail, and the consultant kindly answered whenever I asked questions via KakaoTalk, so I had hump nose surgery at this clinic. (It was done with ear cartilage, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, hump correction, and autologous dermis.) Even though I had all the conditions that make surgery difficult, the director performed the surgery neatly, so I have been doing well without major discomfort. From the 2-week mark, when there was still significant swelling, I heard that my nose looked pretty, and from the 2-month mark, I recovered so well that I even forgot I had surgery! Now I still have a slight foreign-body sensation, but making facial expressions does not feel awkward, and above all, even though it was implant-free rhinoplasty, the hump is cleanly gone, so I am very satisfied!
