After doing online research and visiting several hospitals for consultations because of a second revision surgery, I remember this was the only place where the doctor was an ENT specialist. I visited because another hospital had misdiagnosed me with a perforation, and they examined me and counseled me really accurately. They also honestly told me that I could just live as I am. The consultation focused more on functional aspects than aesthetics, and they were accurate and even pointed out things I had not thought of.. I do not plan to have surgery yet, but if the thought comes up again, I would like to get another consultation. They were honest and accurate, and seemed like someone who sees you as a patient, not as money.
