The surgical method was matching the nasal tip and nasal bridge with ear cartilage to the level of the hump. As the swelling went down, the nasal tip gradually came down and the hump became a bit visible. It's disappointing, but the amount of change was big, so that's at least fortunate. Opinions on the nose shape are divided. People who think it's pretty say it's pretty, and people who don't like it say it's a masculine-looking nose, so opinions are sharply split. Even doctors say that. I personally strongly feel it looks masculine + that the ear cartilage is drooping, so I'm thinking about revision with costal cartilage, but since it can be corrected to some degree with highlighter, I think I'll hold out until it droops more. But one thing no one disagrees on is that every time I have a long consultation, they say it's impressive that it was raised this much with ear cartilage.. Thinking about it again, well.. The result is very disappointing, but even if I went back, I think I'd do it at the same clinic. It looks very natural when I smile. Before, shading and highlighter couldn't cover it, but now it can be covered. Honestly, I thought once I got rhinoplasty I wouldn't need contouring.. but instead it feels like a base has been created to make various nose shapes with contouring. + Among all the hospitals I've been to, the nurses and doctors felt the kindest and most humane? But the price was not humane.
