I heard clear aligners were good, so I got them, and they’re definitely less noticeable than metal braces, so I don’t think I ever felt stressed about my appearance during treatment. If they had kept showing, I really wouldn’t have wanted to go outside. Even when traveling, the metal braces would show exactly as they were in photos I think it’s even more like that because my confidence is low. If you want to do it cheaply, I think metal braces are better.
