I didn’t know the before-and-after difference from double-jaw surgery would be this clear haha It’s been 8 months since the surgery, and now every time I look in the mirror, I’m amazed by how natural and comfortable my face looks. Before, I always felt slightly tense and uncomfortable when smiling or talking, but now I can smile and speak as much as I want without those worries, so my confidence has really increased a lot. I had the surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin at EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and thanks to the director carefully checking everything from the pre-surgery consultation through the recovery process, the swelling and discomfort disappeared faster than I expected. Eating and moving my mouth were difficult right after surgery, but now there are no problems at all, and I can comfortably eat hard or chewy foods too. Thanks to that, I’m enjoying a much freer and more comfortable daily life than before. People around me often say my face has changed, and when I compare photos, the difference before and after double-jaw surgery is clearly visible, so every day feels fascinating and makes me happy haha Especially because the asymmetry improved noticeably, I feel that my face looks much more natural and softer when I smile.
