After graduating high school, I had surgery on my hump nose, which had always been a complex of mine. I had the surgery at the plastic surgery department of a university hospital. They shaved down the protruding bone, and because shaving it created gaps, they broke both sides of the nose and put them together into a mountain shape. It was major surgery. I’m satisfied with the shape, but if breathing before surgery was 100, after surgery it’s maybe around 90.. There is a subtle difference.
