The director is cynical, just as I had heard, but gives an honest impression? He does honestly tell you what can be done and what can't be done. The previous hospital said they would shave down the dorsal hump and proceed, but here they said that if they shaved it, it would become more uneven, so instead of shaving it, we should just raise the nasal tip and columella. He didn't recommend costal cartilage at all. I like that they don't push anything excessive, but I'm debating because it seems too natural.
