Nose Re-Surgery

I ended up having a second revision without seeing the director of the hospital that used Medpor ugh...

About 10 years ago, I had my second closed rhinoplasty. I recently found out that back then, the director put in Medpor and operated without discussing it with me. About 6 years ago, something white like cartilage was visible on the nasal mucous membrane and it stung, so I went to the hospital and asked, "Isn't this cartilage?" They said it just needed to be sutured, so they sutured it, but even then I had never heard that they used Medpor. Recently, while looking into a second revision, I went around to hospitals for consultations, and one hospital told me to ask what material had been put inside my nose, so I asked by phone. A desk staff member? answered the phone, and when I explained the whole story, they said there were no records because it had been too long and just flat-out said there weren't any. So I called the public health center, and they said records have to be kept for 10 years. When I called again, they said they had looked and there were records. While explaining things, they told me to talk directly with the director? So I talked with the director, and I even wondered whether he properly remembered me.. anyway, he said it was true they used Medpor, and kept saying the same sort of thing using English terms, like separation of the alar cartilage, alar cartilage this and that, so I said I'd call again if I had more questions and hung up. I'm having my second revision this week.. I wanted to know more accurately what this director put in my nose and what surgery he performed, so I called today to visit and hear it in person, and the staff member who answered above asked if I wasn't the person who called before, and said the director went overseas and will come back around next week... My surgery is this week ㅌㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I asked them to at least give me the records, but they said they couldn't because the director wasn't there, so I said okay and just showed up without a plan.. But luckily, or maybe not, the nurse who was at the desk when I had surgery about 10 years ago was still there. I roughly asked that person, and it seemed like they had done Medpor + ear cartilage + silicone + alar cartilage positioning, etc. I didn't hear it directly and accurately from the director, but I should at least pass this information along when I have revision surgery.. It's in a provincial area, a hospital really on the outskirts, not famous, rather one that nobody knows. I went there just because it was close to home, without doing any online or in-person research at all. So everyone, you absolutely don't need to worry! I just suddenly got so annoyed that I tried writing this. Even if I don't say it, everyone will choose hospitals more meticulously and carefully, but please make sure to ask about the materials and then use them. Anyway, I couldn't meet the director and hear exactly where and how things were placed, so for a second revision, will that matter a lot....?
