They say legwork is important for rhinoplasty, and after looking around at a few places, I came to a plastic surgery clinic because my friend had such good results there. As soon as I walked in, the manager was so, so kind and even made small talk with me, so I relaxed! Above all, at other places, I had to explain each problem with my nose myself, and even when I talked about the issues, their reactions were like, "I can't really tell from the outside...?" so I couldn't trust them... But the doctor at this clinic looked at me and immediately examined my nose carefully, and before I even said anything, he pointed out each issue one by one, so I didn't even hesitate. I paid the reservation deposit that day and set the surgery date. I've actually had a lot of cosmetic surgeries, and they weren't all minor procedures. Since they were surgeries, I still haven't gotten used to that nervousness, and every time I felt shaky and anxious. This time I was also nervous and shaky, but maybe because I trusted the doctor so much, when I actually lay down on the operating table, I don't think I was very nervous. My mom, who came with me, also had a consultation with the doctor on the day of surgery and said this hospital felt trustworthy. I truly, truly swell easily, so for this surgery too, I assumed I would swell a lot and took a long stretch of annual leave from work in advance.... Starting on day two, the area around my eyes slowly began to swell, so I thought, ah, here it begins, but it stopped there and the facial swelling immediately went down, which was so fascinating. I was curious and asked in a rhinoplasty community, and they said that if there isn't much bleeding during surgery, swelling tends to be less. In this aspect too, I felt that the doctor had performed the surgery delicately. My family members know how much swelling I've had from past cosmetic surgeries, so they found it very surprising this time.
