Review of surgery for a low, small nose

1 year ago, I had surgery for my low nose at Apgujeong Seoul using silicone + septal cartilage. Since it was my first surgery, I wanted it to look natural, so I looked through all the reviews and went to the hospital that seemed to make noses look the most natural haha. The hospital is really big and large-scale, so it was hard to get a long consultation with the director, and even though I had made a reservation, there was some waiting time.. Still, the review photos looked so natural that I decided on this place.   I was so nervous before surgery. When I entered the operating room, I got really tense and my body was trembling haha. As soon as they put in the IV for sedation anesthesia, I passed out. But I did feel a bit suspicious because I passed out right away without even seeing the director enter the operating room..... At first, after removing the splint, I really liked the line and felt good, but since it was made so natural from the beginning, it got lower as the swelling went down ㅠㅠ People don’t know at all that I had nose surgery ㅜㅜ Honestly, it’s gotten too low now, so I’m considering revision surgery ㅜㅜ Seeing how my friend’s nose, which looked a bit excessive at first, now looks perfectly pretty, I wish I had taken absorption into account and done my nose surgery a bit higher too ㅜㅜ There are no functional problems, no scars, and no foreign body sensation, but the height is a bit disappointing. Still, I recommend it for people who like a natural-looking nose haha.
