2-Month Review of Short Nose Surgery with Custom Implant/Autologous Costal Cartilage

I corrected my short nose with custom-implant nose surgery My previous nose was short and the nasal tip was flat, so it was what people call a piggy nose.. It really couldn’t be covered without plastic surgery, so I had surgery. After going around for consultations, there were only a few hospitals that said they could create the line I wanted I mainly went for consultations at places that do a lot of nose surgery, and among them, I chose a place that made a bespoke custom implant and recommended a line that wouldn’t make my nose shape too pointy There was no separate consultation fee for either the consultation with the director or the consultation with the consultant. What was unusual was that they took a side-view photo and drew on the photo while consulting about the line, which I think made it easy to understand For the surgery, they used the custom-made implant to naturally raise the nasal bridge starting point and the nasal tip line to correct my short nose, and they used autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage My previous nose was such a piggy nose that I wondered if it would turn out well, but the line is the one I wanted and I feel like my face looks more refined, so that’s what I like most haha Now that it’s been two months, it looks really natural. Before, I barely took selfies, but now, as long as my makeup looks okay, I’ve developed a habit of taking selfies For those who have a piggy nose like me, it can be improved, so please don’t lose confidence because of your complex!
