I feel like the nasal tip has dropped too much, so I’m thinking about revision surgery… I had it done without implants, and the hospital I went to is gone now… Of course, compared with before surgery, it did improve, but I guess people’s desires really have no end I want to raise just the nasal tip a little more, and while I’m raising it, I also want to get some forehead fat grafting.. so my side profile looks prettier overall! I’m torn between just living with it or doing it

마스 You can slightly lift the nasal tip even without an implant, so you don’t need to worry. It’s possible to do just the nasal tip. These days there are also many closed rhinoplasty options. Look into procedures like a non-incisional nasal tip lift.
