I had surgery with silicone inserted 3 years ago, and I was fairly satisfied, but my midface definitely looked a bit long, and I disliked how the outline of the silicone on my nasal bridge seemed to show under lighting or in photos. My original nasal bridge isn’t really low, so I’m planning to remove the silicone at the hospital where I had my first surgery and have implant-free revision rhinoplasty. If anyone has had a case like mine, please share how your recovery/progress was after surgery!!
