It’s been about a month and a half since I had total removal, but like when I had my surgically altered nose, there’s something that feels like cartilage or something hanging down inside my nostril, and I can feel it when I touch it. Is it not possible for it to become like my original nose…? On the outside it looks similar to my original nose, but the inside of my nose feels similar to my surgically altered nose. Is it because of swelling? Even after the swelling goes down, can cartilage still be felt? Please no questions unrelated to the post.
