The clinic I trusted used no implant + autologous costal cartilage. I went there because they offered nose simulation, and at first they adjusted it directly with me. Then during consultation, they gradually made the simulation in Photoshop and sent it via KakaoTalk. But even with autologous costal cartilage, I couldn’t help worrying that the tip might still drop At least there was a rib cartilage warranty option, so I waited trusting it. Sometimes when I read this clinic’s reviews and saw autologous costal cartilage warranty mentioned, I thought, “Wouldn’t all of these be AS?” It was interesting because it seemed different from AS, and because mine was a revision I wondered about it too. After revision: I used autologous costal cartilage, and it feels much more defined than the first surgery, and I like that the nostrils are less visible. Sometimes friends say I look more natural than before, and that is exactly what I wanted. I’m not really overthinking it now. Lately the thought is relief that I finally got out of a flashy nose look... +I should have checked and chosen better for my first surgery... this much.
