Consultation Review After Looking Around for Implant-Free Rhinoplasty

Basically, I have a small, low nose and my skin is on the thin side My nasal tip droops, so I even considered only doing the tip So I did go to consultations thinking I wanted a closed approach (thinking back now, I shouldn't have) and basically, because my skin is thin, they said silicone would show through, so the consultations proceeded only for implant-free surgery I went to three places: ㅇㅆ, ㅂㅇㅇ, and ㅈㅇ ㅇㅆ Plastic Surgery They only took photos, and the consultation fee was 16,000 won? If done closed, only the nasal tip is possible All materials would be ear cartilage (the support strut too would be ear cartilage) They said this surgery would lift it only as much as it is raised very slightly Low 3 million won range For an open approach Septal cartilage (if insufficient, donated costal cartilage, autologous costal cartilage) + silicone + ear cartilage Low 5 million won range? Basically, the consultant is cheerful (could be a matter of preference) The doctor also explains things calmly and thoroughly and tends to answer questions well! And it felt the most humane, realistically considered, and considerate ㅂㅇㅇ Plastic Surgery The doctor is from Seoul National University (you can feel the SNU graduate vibe: a slightly arrogant? feeling) Still, he answered everything I asked properly. But there is a bit of a feeling like, what I do is fine, it's safe You can see the result with Photoshop You can view it in 3 stages Stage 1: nasal tip height when using ear cartilage Stage 2: nasal tip height when using septal cartilage / up to here is possible with a closed approach Stage 3: when done with an open approach In order of height They took a CT, and judged that my septal cartilage was sufficient Closed approach Tip: cartilage binding + septal cartilage + ear cartilage + nostril lowering Nasal bridge: minced cartilage + temporalis fascia to eliminate the border If any part becomes bumpy later, they said to do filler or collagen injections later Low 4 million won range 1-year A/S No packing Follow-up one day after surgery Suture removal one week later ㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery Booking the consultation was the most cumbersome (phone booking only, dates and times were the most limited, and even a few days before, the consultation time changed due to the clinic's circumstances) But there was no waiting at all; I took a CT right away and had the consultation with the director The explanation was the most detailed from the fundamentals On CT, the septal cartilage was not clearly visible, so during surgery, based on the doctor's judgment, they would add ear cartilage (additional 300,000 won) or donated costal cartilage (additional 1,000,000 won) and use it for the nasal tip But they don't proceed with a closed approach, only open It was 3.3 million won for implant-free surgery, so depending on cartilage additions, it seems it would come out in the mid-to-high 3 million won range (I don't want to use donated costal cartilage.. haha) Follow-up on day 3, suture removal and splint removal on day 7 (laser treatment too) No packing Looking at the website, it seems like they have 30 years? of A/S
