I have really severe rhinitis, so I suffered a lot because of nasal congestion. I naturally started thinking about functional rhinoplasty, and since I was doing it anyway, I also wanted to improve my drooping nasal tip and raise the nasal bridge a bit. I wondered a lot whether I had to do the surgeries separately, but after searching, I found out that functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty can be done together. So I looked for a hospital specializing in ENT rhinoplasty and had the surgery. The hospital was well organized, and I liked that the director gave a detailed consultation. Since I pursue a natural look, I had rhinoplasty without an implant, and I had correction of a deviated septum, rhinitis surgery, and sinusitis surgery all together. My left nasal congestion was originally worse, but it has improved a lot, and I like that the drooping nasal tip improved naturally. The nasal bridge also became slightly higher, and the line was smoothed out, so my overall impression looks much cleaner. My friends around me also each added that it turned out well lol I feel proud that I found a place good at functional cosmetic rhinoplasty and had the surgery done well.
